   If you plan to use only a computer than there's nothing beating the Betamax range of products ( nonoh.com, justvoip, etc ). or good old Skype.

   If you want to also use a regular phone go for Canadafreecalls.com ( it is a Canadian company, owner of Romanian descent ).
   Access numbers in Canada but also Romania ( 0-808-241-999 , works from any public phone, directly ).
   Free registration, free 0.5 USD to test, no credit card needed.

   If you need a PBX for the office, develop a call-center, reduce costs with general telephony ( we are both CRTC and ANRC registered - Romania and Canada ) drop us an email.

   I discovered canadafreecalls when I wanted to call Romania from the UK and it seemed the cheapest. Seemed quite complicated to work out my savings at the time so didn't ever use it :p Instead went for the orange camel plan i think.
