			<description><![CDATA[<p>McDonalds Unirii was opened in 1995 I believe and it only showed a profit since 2007 ( according to the retired Romanian manager , info in an article I can't find ).<br />
Subway wasn't probably a McDonalds investment, but a local one. They would keep the place running for 6 months, and if it doesn't show a profit, bye bye.
